Mindfulness: As one developes awareness of thought and behavioral patterns, one gains the ability of "choice" to continue on such a path. Explore strategies for improving your ability to manage emotions, maintain balance and "Act/Be" in more healthy and informed way.
Table Talk: perhaps over a cup of coffee or tea, experience guidance and coaching paired with compassionate firmness toward achieving your personal goals. This is our non-traditional style with our most "traditional" offering.
Martial Mental Health: Tai Chi, Qigong, Systema - Mindful repetition, exploration of resistance (physical & emotional), deconstructing delusions and affirming reality in bite size peices you can digest as awareness unfolds.
Intention Art Work/ Intuitive Arts: Experience a safe space to explore your creative side while suspending personal judgement. Practice mindfulness while allowing your intuitive and creative self to reveal personal insight and awareness. (materials fee may apply and will vary with medium selected.)
Animal Assisted Activities: Learn more about yourself while interacting with one of our many animals. Animals provide interactions needed to spark awarness, learning and connection.
